- I have a wonderful husband and a sweet little boy who bring me lots of joy. I love photography and try to preserve memories for my family.
Busy Season!

Wow, its been a super busy couple of weeks. I've been working lots for QuickPro Camera Guides, as well as taking lots of photos. I'll just show a little of what I've been up to. These two sweet babies (from different families) came for newborn photos, and my adorable neice came for her annual calendar photo session.
A Sweet Discovery!

After his bath yesterday, my little boy was playing in the front room while I was finding some clothes for him to wear. Well, he discovered my treat box that I use for clients. I found him chewing on this dum-dum sucker with the wrapper still on, so I gave in and let him eat it (while I snapped a few pics, of course!)
1 • I married my wonderful husband 6 years ago this month - we were both only 19 when we got married. Now, when I photograph weddings where the bride and groom are that age, I know why everyone told us we were too young!
2 • When I was little, I hated Barbie dolls. I got so frustrated that their knees didn't bend very well and that they didn't sit without falling.
3 • For as long as I can remember, I've loved art/craft projects. It used to be with construction paper, popsicle sticks, and elmer's glue, and now it's mostly photoshop!
4 • I am a dollar store junkie! I also love the dollar sections at Michael's and JoAnn's. I don't go into dollar stores very often because I always come out with $40 worth of one dollar junk!
5 • Whenever I eat or yawn, my jaw pops. It's annoying and embarrassing! Oh, and I also pop it when I'm mad. My poor husband hates that sound when we're having a "conversation."
6 • I'm a computer geek. I love working/playing at the computer. I don't really do programming, but I know about web development and design, what makes a computer run slower than it should, etc. It's my husband's fault that I'm this way -- when we started dating I told him that I would never-ever-ever be a computer geek like him! LOL!
7 • I have loved photography since high school, but back then my photos were terrible and I didn't realize it, LOL! I love having a record of my family's life - my son's in particular. Precious memories!
8 • My son has changed my life more than I ever dreamed a person could. Having him has changed so much about the way I view things and the way that I live.
Wow, 8 things is a lot! Now, I'm tagging Heather and Ginger. I think you're supposed to tag 3 people, but I am just going to tag two because everyone else I know has already been tagged!
Catching Up...
Then, my husband and I went on a super fun mini-vacation to Park City. I had never been on a ski lift before, but he talked me into it (I'm way scared of heights). The first picture is looking straight down the mountain from the top -- CREEPY! The next one is our shadows on the ground below (and my husband's foot!) and the last one is just a picture of the wonderful view of the city we had from way up at the top of the mountain. So anyway, that's what I've been doing for the last few weeks.
